Are the prices displayed for 1 metre?
The prices shown on our website are for 1 metre of the fabric, ie. for a coupon with length 100 cm and width stated in the Technical data - most often it's 160 cm.
Can I buy different quantity than a multiple of 1 metre?
Yes, you need to type in the needed amount (ie. 0.5 or 1.2) in the quantity field before adding to basket or you may also edit the quantity in the basket directly. In the latter case you should click "Calculate" afterwards.
Can I come and collect my order right after I have placed it?
All our orders are prepared within the time shown on the item's page, including those to be picked up by customer at our premises. That is why we ask our customers to wait for e-mail informing that the order is ready to be collected. The e-mail will also contain detail pick up address.
Can I change my order after it is being placed?
This is possible given that the order has not been cut and sent yet and the items you would like to add is on stock. Please inform us at email@example.com, what would you like to change and we will send you order confirmation after the changes again. Please check if everything is like you wished and your order will be proceeded.
Do you have items to sell that are not shown on the website?
No, we only offer items, that are shown in the store.
Can I buy fabrics that are shown on the photos but there are not items to buy?
No, fabrics that are shown on pictures with currently offered fabrics are no longer available. They were on stock when the photos were made. Part of them may return to our offer, provided that the manufacturer will resume their production.
Do your fabrics have Oeko-Tex certificate and are they suitable for babies?
All our fabrics are safe for children and babies, they are produced without using harmful substances and have Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certificate.
Are your fabrics suitable for curtains?
Yes, all our fabrics are suitable for curtains, except batiste and laminated cotton. In case of bright colors they we advise using blackout or dimout fabric as a lining, to diminish the sun light penetration.
Are your fabrics suitable for tablecloths?
Yes, all our fabrics despite batiste and fleece are suitable for sewing tablecloths.
